w00t! I just finished the first X-COM game, UFO:enemy unkown. \o/ Used my Psi-Amps to take control of the guardians of the alien brain, and got them all to gun it down XD whee! :)

I walked into the exam room for the umpteenth time for yet another exam..but this one was different. This one, was a physics-with-page-tearing exam. For some reason best known to themselves, rather than having a seperate formula sheet, the physics exam has one printed on the second page of the exam book on a perforated margin, with the instructions "Detach the forumla sheet on page 2 at the start of the examination." This means that as soon as the invigilator uttered the words to start, the sound of page tearing could be heard for the next minute or so as people tried to tear off the page. It makes a change, at any rate :)

P4 and P6 exams went well \o/ There weren't any questions I couldn't do, but I probably made a few mistakes.

Today I had the exam I had been dreading the most, however it wasn't as bad as it could have been :) Its the Special Studies paper for Nuffield Chemistry, and has a lot of subject material, but the exam only asks questions on a couple of topics and I knew most of the answears to what it asked about \o/. Tommorrow I have P4 and P6 exams...3 hours of maths exams in a row. It shouldn't be too hard, if its like the past papers.

Went into town today to get some chocolates and a card for Father's day, and with my normall luck +3 I found a £20 on the ground outside Mc Donalds :)

Had my Stats exam today, went without a hitch which was good :) My parents have some people over for dinner so I'm goioing to be banished from this room for the rest of the evening so don't expect me online until late late. I might go complete Monkey Island 1 on my old amiga...

Just spent the afternoon merrily digging around in the innerd of my old, dead computer. Managed to remove the large CD/disk tray thingy and move a single jumper, which should then make the only working harddisk take over the IDE cable its on rather that the other b0rked master one. Re-installing windows at the moment..

Yesterday I went to see the Surrey County show the day before it opens (its free that way!) its amazing how the normally desolate park turns into a maze of tents and tractors, they even added flowerbeds and a sparkly fountain! Saw some horses and cows at some displays and some crazy modern art show.

Went to eat a pizza yesterday, and some teachers from my school were also at the same resturant. One of the teachers, Mr Grace, just kept staring at us the entire time! The teachers said little passing comments to us as they went past our table to go to the toilet ^^; Then we went ice skating which was fun! Although everyone else couldn't skate to save their lives so I had to go round with them and catch them to stop them falling over.
