Saw LotR at the cinema last night, its a very good film :) Most of it is done very well, apart from the elf bits, they were a bit lame, mostly, other than the Viktoria bit.

I just got back from watching "The Others" at the cinema, its a great film, go see it :) Its scary, and has a great plot. Just don't read any reviews or plot descriptions, or it'll be spoiled.

I saw Harry Potter tonight with my family, it was quite well done, I think.The steps outside the dining hall at Hogwarts were from my sister's Uni, and I have been there which was nice, although odd to see them lead to a hall which they don't. I thought the characters were well done, Harry conveyed the "Wow...magic" feeling through a lot of the film, which is what would be expected from someone who had spent the vast majority of their life locked in a cupboard.
Herminie was great, although I think she was too cute in the film, compared to how she was in the book. In the book she was more haunty. The shots were very long, about 10 seconds or so for the first few shots, and longer for a lot of them.
I'm tired, off to sleep now.

I finally got around to wrapping up and posting some of my friend's christmas presents :) I also bought Deus Ex for £9.99, which is quite good I think. And acted as butler for my Mum colecting a load of parcel deliveries in the morning, the first of which I was still in the shower for!! So I had to run downstairs in just a towel, sign the form and carry all the heavy parcels in from the freezing cold outside in just a towel up to my waist! bah.

BT discontinued my service today, as my Dad's credit card expired and they helpfull sent the e-mail telling us at the same time as stopping out connection, so I had to use my i12 connection to get the mail to see what had happend. --; So then we rang up and gave them the new credit card details and had them reconnect us, but it took an hour :/
Why can't they just let you pay with a direct debit or something?
