My interview went well, I think :) I had it moved forward by an hour as someone after me had a delayed train, which was OK as I was waiting around beforehand for ages as I got there in PLEENTY of time like a good little candidate :p

I am 50% ADDICTED TO THE INTERNET.
I am pretty addicted, but there is hope. I think I'm just well connected to the internet and technology, but it's really a start of a drug-like addiction. I must act now! Unplug this computer!

Played rugby today, we won the match 67:21, which was good :) Was quite an easy match, they shouldn't have scored at all but we got lazy as we were winning by so much :)
My parents have gone away for the weekend to stay with my Aunt and Uncle in Bristol, so I am left all alone here, its odd having the house completely silent.

I have a free period now, as my teacher is off assessing a student teacher elsewhere, leaving me to relax :) We WERE going to continue our game of diplomacy after school today, which is a fun world-conquring type game, involving backstabbing and co-operation. But as it needs 7 people to play, someone always seems to be busy and not turn up --;. Last week's game was cancelled as well. Bah. Ah well, I'll get home earlier and can try to finish Durlag's Tower in BG instead then.

We won the rugby match yesterday 18-17 :) It was a very close game, as they nearly scored at the end. I have had a nice relaxing day today, sleeping until midday and then playing some BG. I'm feeling a bit better now, but recent events still rise unbidden to the front of my thoughts...

This week has been the most draining week I can remmember. With helping at school and rugby on saturday, the overnight field day on Sunday and Monday, the university visits which involved long train journies and finding my way round places I have never been before on tuesday and wednsday, and the 3 hour Physics exam today I am rather exhasted. And then my girlfriend of 7 months breaking up with me on the Sunday as well..
I = exhasted.
and I have a really early Rugby match tommorrow... and a load of work to catch up on from all the lessons I missed this week with the uni visits and the physics thing.

We won the match 25-0 :) The thingy at school was helping with a "maths masterclass" as the school calls them, where they get the brightest primary school kids from the sourounding schools and teach them extra stuff, we did some stuff on the Fibinachi (sp) numbers, 1,1,2,3,5,8,13 etc. Was quite fun, helping the little kids do the work, although it took as while to find the room it was in as I was a bit late as my Mum slept in and she was supposed to give me a lift there, and then I had to wander round the school looking for a way in (as all but one of the doors was locked) and then wander round all the rooms in the school to find the lesson! Silly maze-like schools ;)

Uplink is a great cyberpunk style hacking game XD It gets a bit boring after a while, but its really good for a while :) (the demo is free anyway)
